I started my fitness journey in 2013. I was told by the doctor to avoid(give up) any type of ball-related sport when I was only 18 yrs old. Before that, I played for my middle school and high school teams for almost 6 years. Since I was injured, I couldn't get back to my peak performance anymore. I was really upset at that point, until one day, one of my friends introduced weight training to me. I fell in love with weight training instantly, because I had finally found a way to make my body stronger and healthier again. Later, I started working at the gym and I picked up my new job quickly. Since then, I started helping people with their fitness goals. Later, I got my B.S in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Rhode Island. Now, I opened my own training studio hoping to motivate and help more people.
