Story

I started my fitness journey in 2013. I was told by the doctor to give up(avoid) any type of ball-related sport when I was only 18 yrs old. Before that, I spent almost 6 yrs of my life playing basketball. I played for my middle school and high school teams. However, I couldn't perform as well as before once I injured my knee. I was really upset at that point, until one day, one of my friends introduced the weight training to me. I fell in love with weight training instantly, because I had finally found a way to make my body get stronger and healthier again. Later I  started working at the gym and I picked up my new job quickly. Since then, I started helping people with their fitness goals. Later, I got my B.S in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Rhode Island. Now, I opened my own training studio hoping to motivate and help more people.
